What is the process for finding employees through Talenique?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Talenique will discuss the details of the open position and your company culture and preferences with you, so we will send only the most qualified applicants. By clearly understanding your needs and the position’s requirements, we can select the best candidates.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

The time frame for successfully finding an employee will vary depending on our available employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most highly qualified applicants. You may choose to interview the most qualified applicants before making a decision, or we can fill a position based on the qualifications you provide.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Talenique?

Not every job is a fit for every person. Sometimes that is not clear until the person is on the job. Our temporary-to-perm program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting to determine if you want to hire them. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.

Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?
