Dedication. Community. Family.
Talenique, Inc.’s founder and president, Natalie Sokhom, has years of experience in the industry and has worked in nearly every part of the staffing world, from payroll and back office to administration, recruiting, HR, sales, and business development. While working for a staffing firm in Lowell, MA, she built very close ties to the community and knew she wanted to take things a step further – it wasn’t long before she decided to start her own company and founded Talenique to better serve the job seekers and employers of the region. Today, Talenique is one of the premier recruiting and staffing companies in Tyngsboro, MA, serving the wider Boston region as well as Maine and New Hampshire.
From the beginning, Talenique was destined to be more than just a manufacturing or light industrial temp agency. Not only is our company a women, immigrant, and minority-owned enterprise, but we are positioned in an area uniquely suited to serve the immigrant communities of the Lowell and Boston region. We recognize that people arriving in this country are not only resettling in a new and unfamiliar place, but often face challenges finding work or even knowing about job opportunities. That’s why Talenique is more than just a resource for finding a job – we can help connect candidates with organizations and local agencies to participate in ESDL programs to learn English, where and how to apply for healthcare, and learn essential skills to set them up for success. Our team even speaks multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Khmer, Vietnamese, and Thai.
Our goal is to build a business that serves the community we live and work in. We provide the bridge between hard-working, family-oriented people and the region’s best employers – and we look forward to continuing to foster those bonds in the future.
